Clinic settings

Settings → Settings holds what applies to the whole clinic. Only administrators can change it; the clinic branding page is also open to managers.

Languages

• Admin language — the language of the panel for your team: English or Turkish.
• Default site language — the language of the pages your patients open (the treatment page, the passcode page and the viewer).

Clinic branding

Settings → Clinic branding decides how your clinic appears to patients — on the treatment page, the passcode page and in the viewer:

• Logo — shown at the top of the page. Without one, your clinic's initial is shown on a coloured tile.
• Favicon — the small icon in the browser tab.
• Primary colour — buttons and highlights. Leave it empty to use Dentify3D's teal.

The preview on the same page follows the colour as you type. Your team's panel keeps the Dentify3D look. Administrators and managers can change these settings.

Region and contact

Time zone and currency, and your clinic's address, phone number and email. Your contact details complete one of the first-run checklist items.

Your own domain

Treatment links use your clinic's address, for example your-clinic.dentify3d.com. If you prefer your own domain — say 3d.your-clinic.com — add it under Settings → Domains. You will be shown a DNS record to add at your domain provider; once it is found, the domain is verified. Write to support@dentify3d.com to have the secure certificate issued, and from then on new share links use your domain.

Your profile

Your name, email address and password live in your profile: open the menu with your initials at the top right and choose Profile.

Your data

Export my data on the Settings page downloads a complete archive of your clinic — every record and every uploaded file. It can be generated once per hour.
