Team and roles

Invite everyone who works with treatments — dentists, assistants, the clinic manager — so each of them signs in with their own account.

Inviting a colleague

Management → Invitations → Invite teammate. Enter the email address and choose a role. Your colleague receives an email with a link that is valid for seven days; opening it lets them set a password and signs them in. You can resend an invitation (which extends it) or revoke it while it is pending.

The number of team members depends on your plan. Pending invitations count towards it too.

Roles

Every clinic starts with these roles. They cannot be renamed or deleted.

• Dentist — sees only the patients they are the responsible dentist of, and shares their treatments. A dentist who adds a patient becomes that patient's dentist automatically.
• Assistant — prepares the work: adds patients and treatments and uploads the scans for every dentist, but does not send links to patients.
• Manager — runs the clinic's day-to-day work across all dentists.
• Admin — everything, including the team, roles, settings and billing.

Management → Roles shows exactly which permissions each role has. Administrators can also create additional roles of their own.

Deactivating a colleague

Management → Users lists everyone with access. When someone leaves the clinic, open their account and switch off Active; they can no longer sign in. Their patients stay where they are and can be given another responsible dentist on the patient's page.
